Join our dedicated team in Nelson as an Associate Civil Engineer. Lead the delivery of medium-to-large scale infrastructure projects across Aotearoa and the Pacific. Support and grow our regional teams through mentoring, coaching, and fostering a positive team culture.
Lead project delivery, provide technical guidance, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
You'll bring technical expertise, leadership experience, client engagement skills, and a proactive attitude. Experience in areas like walking and cycling design, utilities, and three waters is a bonus.
