
Job description
The Receptionist/Corporate Administrator will provide administration services, including facilities management, travel coordination, and customer service to internal and external clients. The role will also involve providing high-level administration and office services support as required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front of house professional reception and customer service, answering incoming voice calls, and developing an expert understanding of company preferred voice technology. They will also provide administration and office services support, including facilities management, meeting room bookings, and travel coordination.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a reception or administrative role, with a professional approach and excellent communication skills. They will be able to build rapport and communicate professionally with all team members and clients, and be willing to participate in performance development discussions and contribute to organisational objectives.
