APE Permitting Coordinator

The Permitting Coordinator supports complex capital projects by managing permit application processes from submission through approval.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Professional license in an appropriate discipline from a recognized licensing board (or international equivalent) is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive work experience, coordinating large scale project permitting applications, working with AHJ, state regulators, client and engineering teams.
• Must have the right to work and remain in the US without sponsorship.
