
Job description
Serves as the liaison between Project Procurement, Field Procurement, and Construction personnel to ensure accurate reporting and distribution of materials. Coordinates with responsible groups to provide materials in a timely manner and in sufficient quantity to support construction work.
Manage a team of Lead materials coordination or planners, provide expertise and advice on project and field materials management activities, review schedules and plans to confirm material delivery dates, and interface between Construction and Supply Chain to identify and requisition material requirements.
Requires a bachelor's or master's degree and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree. Knowledge of project procurement operations, engineering discipline, and systems such as Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) and SiteSense is required.
