Project Procurement Manager

Bechtel is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to support multiple combined cycle power projects. The successful candidate will have 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent).

Requirements

• Define and develop Procurement work scope and prepare Procurement plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets
• Prepare commercial terms and conditions for project documents and coordinates Procurement input to business development proposals
• Develop and make Procurement presentations to project and/or Customer personnel
• Manage formation and award of purchase orders and execution of purchase orders
• Support development of Supply Chain Assignment Schedule and division of responsibility
