Senior Expeditor

We are seeking a Senior Expeditor to participate in the planning, staffing, and budgeting of project expediting operations. The successful candidate will distribute workload, monitor assignments, evaluate production schedules and progress, and develop procedures. This is a part-time telework position that requires at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project.

Requirements

• Participate in the planning, staffing, and budgeting of project and area expediting operations for small sized projects
• Distribute workload to assigned project expeditors according to the experience and ability of the expeditor, the degree of complexity of the work and the urgency of the need for action
• Contact suppliers to obtain timely submission of engineering data, and to follow-up on material acquisition, production progress and shipment
