We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team at Bee Talents. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for connecting the best specialists with the best companies in the IT industry and other business development areas. You will work on various recruitment projects, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborating with clients and candidates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience in recruiting specialists on IT or new technology positions
• Proficient in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
• Fluent in Polish (speech and writing) and English (minimum B2)
• Very developed communication skills, both in conversation and in written communication
