Senior Project Accountant

We're looking for a Senior Project Accountant to manage and oversee the financial performance of the project and related entity, with a focus on project accounting, financial reporting, and construction and development experience.

Requirements

• Experience in construction and development project accounting, with demonstrated exposure to external partner and lender reporting
• University degree and accounting designation (CA, CPA, CGA, CMA) or in progress
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with Yardi ERP and Procore project management software is an asset
