Senior Property Manager

Beedie is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial properties, responsible for financial management, tenant relations, and property operations.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business or real estate
• RPA, CPM, or Rental Property Management License is required
• Minimum 7 + years property management experience in commercial portfolios
• Must have a valid BC driver’s license and vehicle to travel to Beedie properties
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Self-motivated, professional, and flexible
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
