Field Support Technician

We are looking for a Field Support Technician to manage tracking and solving of technical errors, testing equipment, handling repairs at the field, conducting site inspections, engaging with customers and more.

Requirements

• Experience in technical oriented positions such: technician, field support specialist etc.
• Basic computer applications skills - Mandatory.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Availability during non-routine hours - flexible schedule and willing to work overtime when required.
• Willingness to work with bees (wearing a beekeeping suit when needed).
• Willing to work non-standard working hours.
• Ability to work in field settings and outdoors.
• Service oriented and excellent communication skills.
