Hardware Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Team Lead with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the Electronics team. At Beewise, we're on a mission to save the world one bee at a time.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in electronics and board-level design
• Proven experience leading engineers or technical teams
• Strong background in analog and digital board design and system-level integration
• Experience taking hardware products from concept to mass production
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and a system-level mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment
• Hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or electromechanical products
• Background in analog and digital board design, microcontrollers, solar power systems, motion control (BLDC and steppers), communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth), cellular and satellite communication
