Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a creative, sharp, Lean and open-minded Senior Product Manager to join our product team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management in a multidisciplinary environment
• Proven success managing complex products in multi-disciplinary companies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (mechanical background preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams.
• At least 2 years proven experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to embrace diverse perspectives and explore creative solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to craft and tell a compelling product story.
• Strategic thinker with creativity and a customer-first mindset.
• High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by the role.
• Proficiency in lean and agile methodologies.
