Associate Consultant- Data Aggregation

Beghou Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant to focus on the secure collection, standardization, and aggregation of sensitive patient data across multiple systems. The role involves applying best practices in data privacy, de-identification, and compliance to enable clinical, operational, and research needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging U.S. pharmaceutical datasets and contributing to impactful client solutions.

Requirements

• Collect, clean, and aggregate patient-level data from EHRs, lab systems, and external databases.
• Apply tokenization techniques to replace direct identifiers while preserving data integrity.
• Perform or support expert determination de-identification processes.
• Manage and maintain secure data pipelines and repositories.
• Develop and implement end-to-end Data aggregation solutions using Python and Pyspark.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and institutional privacy policies.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the generation of anonymized datasets for research, analytics, or external data sharing initiatives.
