Job description
The Preschool Teacher will lead a small classroom, implement developmentally appropriate instruction, and support students with diverse learning needs. This role works collaboratively with behavior staff and leadership to create a structured, nurturing environment.
Lead daily classroom instruction, implement structured classroom routines, support social-emotional development, use positive behavior strategies, and maintain classroom organization and safety.
Ideal candidate has passion for early childhood education, comfortable working in inclusive classrooms, patient, nurturing, and structured, with strong classroom management skills and team-oriented and flexible.
