Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher’s Aide to support our students and teaching staff. The ideal candidate will assist in providing personalized instruction, implementing classroom activities, and supporting students with special needs.
Assist the Special Education Teacher in implementing individualized lesson plans, activities, and accommodations for students. Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, focusing on academic, social, and life skills development.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and be compassionate, patient, and able to build rapport with students.
