We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Administrative Generalist Office Management to support the administrative and operational activities of our office. The selected person will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating office logistics and processes.
Requirements
- Registered under the Protected Categories program (Law 68/99)
- High school diploma required; previous experience in administrative or office roles is considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, supplier management tools)
- Team-oriented, flexible, and responsible approach
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
