Belfius is looking for an experienced Program Manager Workplace & Building Strategy to play a key role in our strategy 2030. As a visionary leader, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement our workplace and building strategy with a direct impact on the future of our organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer Architect,...) or equivalent through experience
• 5–8+ years of experience in a pioneering role within the domain of Workplace & Building
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French, and comfort with English
• Ability to challenge with respect
• Strong background in transversal project management, including experience in leading and enthusing teams
• Ability to manage complex projects and implement strategic plans
• Ability to think strategically and switch to hands-on mode
• Assertiveness, proactivity, and stress resistance
