We are looking for a CRM Lead to own and drive our CRM program, responsible for email and lifecycle marketing, and working closely with the manager to shape the direction of the program.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in ecommerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer brands
- Experience with email platforms and customer data tools (Klaviyo, Braze, SFMC, Segment, or similar)
- Comfortable owning CRM performance metrics: email revenue, retention rates, flow conversion, list health etc.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, data, and tech teams
- Detail-oriented, process-driven working style
