Job Description
Work with Carglass as a Compliance Manager, part of the Belron group, structuring risk & compliance across the organization and European Distribution Center in Bilzen. You will be responsible for risk mapping, audit planning, SOX compliance, insurance management, awareness and culture development, and international alignment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in commercial engineering or science, TEW, or a comparable financial field
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk in an international (listed) industrial context
- SOX expertise, experience with international governance, reporting, and stakeholder management, and affinity with GDPR and data integrity
- Analytical insight and ability to structure initiatives
- Bilingual Dutch and French, and good knowledge of English
- Strong business partner with ability to influence and persuade towards management and business, and towards the board and international partners
