The Move Acceptance / Customer Care Administrator sets up household survey mechanisms, provides information to customers and employees regarding moving orders, and handles ongoing services such as storage and unpacking. They also communicate with Beltmann corporate clients, planners, agents, and North American Van Lines agents.
