
Job description
The HR Manager develops and implements Human Resource strategies, objectives, and plans for the community, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Ensure community staffing needs are met, schedule and facilitate new employee welcome orientation, administer FMLA and other leaves of absence requests, and support supervisors with performance management.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and labor relations experience if applicable. Experience with HRIS, ATS, and the healthcare industry is preferred.
