Bennett Day School seeks a dynamic Associate Director of Enrollment and Marketing to support the conversion funnel from inquiry to enrollment, while weaving the school’s future-focused brand narrative into high-impact events, family engagement initiatives, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in admissions, school enrollment, growth marketing, event management, or a high-end customer experience environment
- Proven track record of designing, budgeting, and executing community-facing events that drive measurable engagement or sales results
- Comfort navigating CRM tools, pipeline reporting software, and content management tools
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of parents, children, and educators with warmth and empathy
- A collaborative team player who embraces a fast-paced environment and is eager to jump in on 'boots-on-the-ground' tasks when needed
- A deep understanding of, or a strong desire to learn and advocate for innovative, project-based education
