Traineeship Organisatieontwerp

We are looking for a trainee to join our team in the Netherlands to work on organizational structures and processes. You will work closely with experienced consultants and learn the advisory business in practice.

Requirements

• A (near) completed academic education in organizational design, management, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience
• Interest in organizational design and change management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and facilitate group processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Dutch (at least C1 level)
• Strong motivation to learn and develop your skills as an organizational advisor
