Credit Analyst / Senior Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assisting Credit Operations teams at all stages of Commercial Real Estate deal underwriting, generating reports on property financials, evaluating risks, and preparing presentations for loan committee and management.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Com degree
• Prior experience within Financial Analysis
• Knowledge of commercial real estate operations
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Openness to take on additional responsibilities
