The Credit Analyst will assist Credit Operations teams at all stages of Commercial Real Estate deal underwriting, generating reports on property financials, evaluating risks, and preparing presentations for loan committee and management.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Com is a must
- Banking industry is an added advantage
- Prior experience within Financial Analysis is an added advantage
- Knowledge of commercial real estate operations including cash flows is a must
- PC literate in MS windows environment with strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Openness to take on additional responsibilities
- Collaborate with people across office locations
- Must be proficient in English, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documentation
- Must be able to think outside the box, research problems and provide workable solutions as needed
