Facility Custodian (Part-Time)

The Part-Time Facility Custodian position involves performing repetitive manual cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining building cleanliness. Employees are supervised, but need to understand and follow instructions, and are responsible for thoroughness and dependability. Work involves inspections and adherence to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Sweeps, mops, and maintains floors and stairwells.
• Cleans windows and sills and polishes all stainless steel.
• Dusts woodwork, furniture, and other articles.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and refills toilets and sinks.
• Follow simple oral and written directions.
• Physical presence within Buildings and Facility is required.
• Ability to handle stress.
