The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensures delivery of high-quality services and products to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Designs, builds, tests, maintains and enhances business processes within HRIS according to company policy and guidelines.
- Serves as subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking
- Coordinates or supports the needs of other teams within and outside of the HR department that impact HR systems.
- Perform special projects or related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.
- Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
