Requirements
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and develop functional specifications, system design requirements, and workflow diagrams.
- Work with IT teams to design solutions, validate feasibility, and ensure scalability.
- Support project planning, implementation, and testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of system requirements and constraints.
- Provide training and support to end-users, helping them understand system functionalities and maximize the system's value.
