Business Systems Analyst 2

Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst 2 to serve as a bridge between IT and business units, analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and develop functional specifications, system design requirements, and workflow diagrams.
• Work with IT teams to design solutions, validate feasibility, and ensure scalability.
• Support project planning, implementation, and testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of system requirements and constraints.
• Provide training and support to end-users, helping them understand system functionalities and maximize the system's value.
