We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Berlin, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, experience in company law, and knowledge of contract and company law. The role involves advising management and departments on legal issues, designing and reviewing contracts, and accompanying the company legally in ongoing and strategic projects. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial, editorial, and digital areas and have a structured, independent way of working with clear communication and pragmatic problem-solving approach.

Requirements

• Completed law degree (1st and 2nd state examination or comparable qualification)
• First to several years of professional experience in company law
• Thorough knowledge of contract and company law
• Interest in economic relationships, media, and digital business models
