• Managing our social media channels
• Editorial marketing
• Affinity for journalism
• Secure knowledge of German grammar and spelling
• Lived interest in cultural events in Cologne & NRW
• Patience and interest in all aspects of editorial work
• Care and personal commitment
• Writing talent and ideally text samples
• Computer and internet skills (MS-Office applications)
• Experience with content management systems, Adobe CC, and HTML
