Requirements

• Manage a dedicated player book
• Oversee bonusing for assigned players
• Advising the product team on game providers, titles, and features
• Partner with Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP lifecycle
• Analyze player activity to ensure bonuses are aligned with 'Theoretical Win'
• Gather and translate feedback from players
• Monitor player health and execute proactive reactivation strategies
• Ensure compliance and integrity in interactions and player incentives
