We're looking for a Barista to join our team at Better Buzz Coffee Roasters in San Clemente, CA. As a Barista, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, prepare and serve beverages and food, and maintain a clean and safe environment. If you're passionate about great coffee and exceptional guest service, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week
