Junior Compliance Specialist

As a Junior Compliance Specialist, you will help with updating and development of compliance standards and policies across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with advertising, Intellectual Property and gambling law. You will conduct regulatory research, monitor regulatory developments, perform risk assessments, and educate employees on compliance regulations.

Requirements

• Conducts regulatory research as assigned by the Head of Compliance Research & Strategy and Senior Head of Regulatory Compliance
• Monitors regulatory developments and updates Compliance management and relevant business stakeholders of all changes
• Performs regular risk assessments to help the organization understand compliance risk, scope, trend and exposure
• Educates employees on compliance regulations and impact of non-compliance
• Records research findings and follows up with Compliance management
• Assists in gathering information internally in response to requests by regulatory organizations and Compliance Committee
• A degree in Law (specialization in Commercial, International or IP law is preferred but not essential)
• Fluency in English with strong writing skills
• Previous experience working in compliance, legal research, and/or in a corporate environment is preferred but not necessary
