Join Bettermode as we build a brand-new outbound motion at an established SaaS company. As a BDR Manager, you'll design and own the outbound strategy, including ICP segmentation, messaging, sequencing, and channel mix. You'll personally execute outbound campaigns to test hypotheses and prove efficiency, and later scale a world-class team.
Requirements
- 6+ years in SDR/BDR or sales roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or player-coach capacity
- Fluent in leveraging AI tools to automate prospecting, personalize outreach, enrich data, and optimize workflows
- Obsessed with efficiency and reporting. You know your way around CRM data, sequence analytics, and funnel metrics
- Comfortable running sequences, testing copy, and handling early discovery calls
- Systems thinker: You build repeatable processes that scale, not one-off experiments
- Collaborative: You partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales with ease
- Curious and resourceful: You experiment constantly, fail fast, and iterate faster
