Job Description
BetterUp is seeking a Strategic Change Management Lead to help enterprise clients navigate transformation through effective communications. The role involves designing and guiding communications strategies, leading change through storytelling, and integrating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Deep experience in change management, organizational transformation, or human capital consulting.
- Proven communications expertise, from strategy to storytelling to polished execution across multiple formats and channels.
- Multi-disciplinary skillset that spans change, comms, and experience design.
- Creative and tactical chops, with an eye for quality in copy, visuals, and user experience.
- Resilience and adaptability in managing intense launch cycles and quieter sustain phases without burning out.
- A builder’s mindset—you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy writing the playbook, and don’t need a big team to get started.
- Enterprise client experience, ideally in large-scale, global organizations where complexity is the norm.
