Join BEUMER Group's Software Platform Team as a Team Lead to lead the development of the core platform that powers our global software ecosystem. You'll be at the center of enabling fast, secure, and frictionless product development, shaping how +270 developers build software at scale.
Lead a global team of engineers, set clear direction, and drive a strong platform mindset across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and growing a high-performing team of 8–12 engineers, owning the platform roadmap, and delivering a frictionless, self-service developer experience.
We're looking for a leader with a strong grasp of modern development, experience in leading a software engineering team, and a passion for simplicity, usability, and developer experience. You'll succeed by building and empowering a high-performing team that delivers tangible business impact through secure, compliant, and efficient software delivery.
