We're searching for a Customer Service Representative to help us provide a brighter financial future for everyday Americans. As a representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in Beyond Finance's financial hardship programs, providing exceptional customer service and a positive experience. You'll complete a four-week training program to become an expert in Beyond's financial hardship programs.
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant call center experience
- Bilingual - Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with ethernet
- Strong computer technical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment
