Modern Work Engineer (SharePoint)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Modern Work SharePoint Engineer to support enterprise customers within a Microsoft-managed services environment, focusing on both SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint Server. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing operation of SharePoint environments, including site management, platform support, and collaboration solutions.

What You Will Do

Administer and operate SharePoint Online environments using the SharePoint Admin Center, support SharePoint Server (on-premises) design, build, and administration, perform site administration, manage and support Microsoft 365 Admin Center operations related to SharePoint, and troubleshoot issues related to site performance, user access, content management and collaboration.

Requirements

• 10 yrs of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments

• Japanese: Native or fluent (required for customer interaction and documentation)
