Critical Facility Manager

The Critical Facility Manager provides general oversight of critical facilities team and data center operations, including financial management and resolution of client contractual inquiries. The position requires six years of experience in critical environments and facility management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent field of study
• Six years of experience in critical environments and facility management
• Demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of an assistant critical facilities manager
• Current knowledge of facility systems, procedures, and processes
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life safety monitoring and control systems typically used in critical environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams
• Success in managing highly complex client and vendor relationships
• Professional affiliations preferred (24x7, IFMA, and Data Center Pulse)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
• Experience with SharePoint and Power BI preferred
