Facility Manager III

BGIS is seeking a Facility Manager III to ensure client facilities are efficiently and cost-effectively operated. This role focuses on client-facing management, financial control, facility operations, and staff supervision. The FM III will be the primary point of contact for clients and acts as the company's representative for day-to-day contract performance.

Requirements

• Certified Facility Manager (IFMA)
• Certified Property Manager (IFMA)
• Facility Management Administrator Designation (BOMI)
• Five to ten years’ experience in a property/facility management environment
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
