Job Description
The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services for assigned facilities. The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of facility operations and maintenance work experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Previous people leadership experience, preferred
- High school diploma plus trades training and certification
