
Job description
The Float MDS Coordinator is responsible for assigned resident’s MDS/RAI care plan implementation, completion, transmission, and auditing through the Triple Check process. The role involves coordination of clinical payment programs, case mix review, and interaction with residents, family members, and health team members.
Participate in interdisciplinary Clinical Reimbursement meetings, prepare and implement MDS, CAA analysis, and care plans, assist with MDS Monitor timeliness, and participate in internal reimbursement audit processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric nursing, MDS/RAI experience, and working knowledge of multi-state state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
