Electrical Maintenance Shift Supervisor to lead and support the engineering function at our Redcar facility, overseeing day to day maintenance activities and providing leadership to the engineering team.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Engineering qualification, electrical bias preferred
- Previous experience within a supervisory or lead engineering role in an industrial or production environment
- Strong background in maintaining production machinery and equipment
- Experience fault finding on PLCs, VSDs and relay logic circuits
- Good understanding of planned preventative maintenance systems
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem solving
