The Client Success Manager will own the relationships and creation of strategic account plans between Big Health and client partners. The ideal candidate will help develop best practices and take on strategic projects to benefit the Client Success organization and the company as a whole.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of enterprise account management experience
• Strong interpersonal aptitude with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and meet deadlines
• Ability to act proactively to influence key stakeholders and drive decisions
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear, collaborative communication skills
• Proficiency in building clear, insight-driven presentations and analyzing data
• Interest in healthcare, healthtech, & mental health, and a passion for directly improving peoples' lives
