B2B Ops Manager

Bigblue is a tech-driven logistics platform that helps e-commerce brands scale faster and deliver a five-star customer experience. We're looking for a B2B Operations Manager to take over the role as the current manager transitions out, with end-to-end responsibility for B2B operations across the EU, including operational performance, service quality, and coordination across teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing people in an operations environment
• Strong ownership of end-to-end operational processes
• Comfortable working hands-on with day-to-day operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Organized, pragmatic, and able to manage multiple priorities
