Requirements
- Education - Bachelor or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school (or equivalent) or a top-tier business school
- Eager to learn and discover new scopes and learn new technologies
- Embrace complexity and have an habit of digging deep to understand how things really work
- Problem-solver who thrives to find solutions to people's problems
- Communicator with excellent writing and summarising skills
- Strong English & French communication skills - written & oral - to engage with all team members and merchants
- Past experience in a cross-functional role in technology, support or operations
- Programming experience with software engineering and programming, or software tools (inspector, Google Cloud logs, Postman, etc.)
- Ability to analyze product data and manipulate databases (SQL)
