As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will provide technical support to merchants using the world's best eCommerce platform. You will educate customers on platform features, troubleshoot technical issues, and enable merchants to sell more.
Provide phone, email, and chat-based technical support, develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction, communicate with management and developers, and assist with billing and account issues.
