Groundskeeper/Porter

Billingsley Company is searching for a Groundskeeper to join our luxury class A multifamily property. This role is crucial in ensuring the grounds are kept clean and debris-free. We are looking for a reliable and self-starting individual with customer service skills, transportation, and basic computer skills to join our team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred
• 1-year work related experience, as porter or laborer, in a multi-family environment
• Superior customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends
• Basic computer skills (including email, word, and excel)
• Positive attitude promoting team work
• Punctual, dependable, self-starter
• Ability to multi task
