Requirements

• Ensure the property grounds are well kept and clean
• Maintain gardening and weeding
• Assist with keeping the maintenance shop organized and adequately supplied
• Completion of assigned service request in a timely manner
• Rotation of after hours on-call schedule, including weekends
• Adherence to company safety standards
