Senior Land Surveyor

We are hiring a Senior Land Surveyor to work in our Victoria location. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive survey experience, a BC Land Surveyor commission, and a degree or diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive survey experience
• BC Land Surveyor commission (in good standing with ABCLS)
• Degree or Diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, practices, equipment, software and safety requirements
• Strong understanding of project management resource planning and budgeting practices and techniques
• Demonstrated leadership ability, excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to write strong proposals for medium-sized projects
• Proven business development skills to grow industry relationships and generate new revenue streams through engagement of prospective clients
• Valid Driver’s License for site visits
