Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Join Bio-Techne's Analytical Solutions Division Finance team as a Financial Analyst. This role will support strategic financial planning and analysis activities, providing financial insights and contributing to the company's overall financial health.

What You Will Do

Prepare forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans, analyze financial data, and provide insights to inform key business decisions. Lead ad hoc projects and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Accounting experience and knowledge of GAAP
• Experience in financial modeling, planning and forecasting, and data analysis
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial analysis into clear, actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with all levels and functions of the organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Driven, self-motivated and inquisitive nature
• Technology skills including AX/D365, HFM, OneStream, PowerBI
